From what I heard Dita filed before christmas or just after, but the grounds for it i heard 2 different stories, one was he was stepping out on her with some blond 18 year old from belgium or something stupid, and the second was he was heavy into alcohol and he couldn't or wouldn't clean up for her. Something about failure to be a husband and unresponsive to her attempts to communicate. Either one sucks, I'm concerned about his health if he's gotten too addicted to alcohol to function properly, whats that going to mean for his life and for us fans, are we gonna loose another artist to the substance? I'm tired of the good ones foobarring their careers and lives over something retarded after they worked so damned hard to get where they are. Its absolutely heart breaking!
